  I work at the hospital down the street from this media location and I had just completed an overnight 12 hour shift. I looked up the location earlier the day before and it said that they would open at 7:30 which was perfect for me because I completed my shift around the same time. To my disappointment the time on the door said 8 o'clock but, I decided to wait. I noticed activity in the store around 7:55 so I didn't get out of my car until 8:00. At 8:06 I finally got the attention of the person inside the store by tapping on the glass. This must have annoyed her because she shot me a dirty look holding up a defiant "wait one minute" finger. Needless to say I got back into my car almost 40 min. from the time I first pulled up to look for another location that wanted my business ....sad.

  Guy was horribly rude and completely unhelpful. Never using UPS ever ever ever again. I've been trying to ship 1 package for the past 4 days in between snow and working and nobody can even freaking take my package and ship it, when the label is already paid for.
